As a Loan Specialist, you will help customers find financial solutions while supporting branch operations, growing accounts, and delivering excellent customer service. This is an ideal role for candidates with backgrounds in banking, retail sales, collections, wireless sales, customer service, or consumer finance.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service
• Process loan applications and maintain accurate account information
• Make collection and follow-up calls on past due accounts
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and offer additional products and services
• Assist with branch operations and support business growth goals
• Help customers find payment solutions and maintain account status

• Positive, resilient, and goal-driven personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales or collections experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and math skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Starting pay of $18–20/hour with negotiation room based on experience
