As a Protégé, you'll develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a successful insurance professional while making a meaningful impact in your community.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building relationships with new and existing clients.

Helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most.

Identifying client needs and recommending personalized insurance solutions.

Growing your client base through networking, referrals, and community involvement.

Learning sales strategies, customer service, and insurance products.

Collaborating with experienced agents and mentors to develop your skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000–$60,000 per year, plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities.
