As an Automotive Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while delivering an exceptional, professional experience from the first interaction through the sale and beyond.

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships with the goal of creating clients for life
• Use consultative selling techniques to understand customers' needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
• Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and provide personalized recommendations
• Develop strong knowledge of our new and pre-owned inventory, vehicle features, optional packages, technology, and financing options
• Deliver professional, engaging vehicle demonstrations and product presentations
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business
• Learn effective strategies for overcoming objections and confidently navigating the sales process
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the buying journey
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to review goals, activities, performance, and opportunities for improvement
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and "A game" to work every day

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but motivated candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply
