Radioligand Therapies; RLT) Sales Specialist, Prostate – Mexico​/West Texas

Role:
Field-based Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Oncology Specialist supporting prostate cancer treatment.

Responsibilities:

• drive demand
• develop strategic business plans
• build relationships with referral and prescribing physicians across diagnostics and therapeutics
• promote RLT platform
• facilitate clinical dialogue
• support product access
• implement market strategies
• employ customized tools for engagement
• analyze market landscape and competitor activity
• execute call plans to achieve sales and access goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years in healthcare, biotech, or pharma sales, with at least 1 year in oncology, urology, or nuclear medicine
• experience selling complex therapeutics, particularly in prostate or neuroendocrine tumors
• strong cross-functional collaboration, clinical communication skills, proven high performance, and territory management
• capable of extensive travel (60-80%) within accessible territory
• valid driver’s license
• residence within or near assigned geography

Preferred:

• experience with therapeutic launches, market access, buy-and-bill, reimbursement strategies, and medical calling on HCPs
