Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials and/or permissions, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns or operational needs;
Support a professional environment at a technology-focused location by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or policy-related issues
