Surveillance Security Guard

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Guard in Santa Fe, NM.

This role requires a sharp eye, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor multiple electronic screens for potential threats before they arise.

  Santa Fe, New Mexico.
• Schedule:
  
  Sat – Sun 6:00 pm–6:00 am;
  Mon–Tue 10:00 pm–6:00 am (40 hours per week, full time).
• Competitive hourly wage of $19.25 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents in detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Have a Level 1 guard card.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report‑writing skills.
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is an added advantage.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
