• You will help to prevent and deter crime through performing both regular and random patrols of multiple premises.
• Report any security-related incidents, hazards or unusual occurrences.
• When necessary, perform control procedures.
• Operate emergency equipment.
• Document nightly operations and file weekly reports.
• Investigate breaches of property.

Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is recruiting for professional Licensed Branch Supervisor with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly regarded team to work in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This is a salaried position.

Must have security and supervisory experience. Full-time positions available. Retirees and Veterans are welcome. Prior law enforcement, military and/or 1 year of security experience is a plus; training will be provided to the right candidate.

You must meet the following requirements:

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Sound communication skills.
• Professional presentation.
• Ability to work as a team member and solo.
• Reliable transport.
• Active cellphone.

• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and quickly in emergencies.
• A Security Officer must be able to read and interpret written information under various circumstances.
• A Security Officer must be able to drive a motor vehicle in the course of duties if required.
• A Security Officer must be able to detect and identify sounds relevant to fires, floods, alarm signals, and persons in distress.
• A Security Officer must be able to walk, run, stand, climb, and sit.
• A Security Officer must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. waist high, if required.
• A Security Officer must be in good mental health and able to make decisions instantly in emergencies.
• A Security Officer must meet the physical and mental requirements of the state(s) to be licensed and must obtain the appropriate license status (Armed or Unarmed).
