Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating is a locally owned company seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Santa Fe. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, strong customer relationships, and creating a positive environment for our technicians.
Compensation & Benefits- Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
, based on experience - Comprehensive Health Insurance (Company pays 50% of premium)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional after-hours and weekends as needed)
What You'll Do:- Install high-quality residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
- Perform both new construction installations and retrofit/change-out projects
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documents
- Complete ductwork, sheet metal fabrication, air balancing, and system startups
- Maintain professional standards and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- 5+ years of verifiable residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience
- Strong skills in new construction and retrofit installations
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Universal EPA Certification
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- HVAC Trade School Certificate
- Experience with sheet metal and air balancing
