Role Overview- Daily Routine of scaffolding structures at professional venues such as football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks.
- Assigned to crews of no more than 5 employees, traveling together from job to job.
- Full‑time, consistent year‑round work with clear assignment schedule.
- Work primarily outdoors in sunny, fresh air environments.
- Overnight travel typical; away from home for 90+ days at a time.
- Travel accommodations and hotel lodging provided by InProduction; two crew members share a room with small kitchen.

- Growth potential to advance to Crew Lead, Foreman, Project Manager, or other leadership roles.
- Build and break down scaffolds; install ladders, walkways, and handrails.
- Assist in safe, efficient installation and removal of equipment per project plans.
- Inspect scaffold components before assembly.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and materials.
- Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles.
- Study plans and equipment lists prior to on‑site installation.
- Ensure safety measures are followed, including wearing and use of safety equipment.
- Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting/dismantling scaffolds.
- Keep tools and equipment clean and properly maintained at shift end.
- Ensure client satisfaction with quality of service and finished product within scheduled time frames.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred, good driving record.
- Familiar with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers.
- Comfortable with heights.
- Creative problem‑solver, multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Can read and understand basic safety instructions.
- Previous experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, labor, or events preferred.
- Capable of working overtime.
- Preferred but not required: bilingual in English/Spanish.
