What You'll Earn- $25.00 - $40.00 per hour. Our Top performers earn up to $110,000 annually - competitive hourly rate + bonuses

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)
What You'll DoYou will provide professional maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards - while delivering an outstanding customer experience on every call.
What You Need- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of equipment
- Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
- Advanced customer service skills
- Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
- Universal EPA Certification
- Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certification within 1 year
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Trade School (preferred)
- Ability to safely operate scissor and genie lifts
