Role Description The Repair Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Albuquerque–Santa Fe Metropolitan Area. This position involves diagnosing issues with residential appliances and home systems, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include responding to service calls, troubleshooting equipment problems, ordering or sourcing parts as needed, documenting work performed, and keeping tools and vehicles organized and in good working order.

The Repair Specialist will interact directly with customers, explain repair options and timelines, and follow up to ensure satisfaction with completed services. The role also includes collaborating with team members, adhering to company procedures, and maintaining a professional presence in clients’ homes.
Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance & Repair and Appliance Repair skills, with the ability to work on a variety of household systems and equipment.
• Proficient in Troubleshooting and problem diagnosis, including identifying root causes and selecting effective repair solutions.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a service‑oriented mindset and focus on delivering reliable, high‑quality work.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members, explaining technical issues, and documenting services.
• Relevant experience in residential repair or a related trade; technical certifications or vocational training are a plus.
• Ability to use standard repair tools and equipment safely, follow safety protocols, and comply with local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Albuquerque–Santa Fe Metropolitan Area.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, working in varied home environments, and managing multiple service calls.
