Santa Lucia is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and community involvement. What’s it like to be a caregiver at Santa Lucia?

On a typical day, you might:

• Provide transportation and supervision
• Model appropriate behaviors
• Plan and participate in community activities such as movies, bowling, parks, zoo visits, car rides, or sporting events
• Support individuals in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and assist with daily living skills

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.

• Workers’ Compensation Coverage
• Unemployment Insurance Eligibility
• Access to New Mexico Paid Leave: Up to 64 hours per year.
• 401(k) Retirement Plan: Eligibility after one year, with a 4% employer match.
• Optional Medical Coverage

• Customized Community Support Provider: Starting Rate $19.15 per hour
