This full-time, onsite contract position is ideal for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists with a strong commitment to student growth and interdisciplinary collaboration. With two positions available, youll play a key role for the upcoming academic year, beginning August 3, 2026, and concluding May 20, 2027. Caseloads and classroom assignments will be thoughtfully matched to your expertise and preference.
Your expertise as an SLP (CCC preferred) will have a direct and meaningful impact on students, while you partner with educators, families, and other professionals. This is a great chance to work with dynamic teams and help shape positive outcomes for children in a supportive school setting.
DesiredQualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure (CCC preferred) in New Mexico, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt service delivery to meet diverse student needs
- Conduct assessments, diagnose speech/language disorders, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
- Work within a forward-thinking, student-focused community
- Option for caseload assignment based on experience and interests
- Onsite-only opportunity with supportive peers and administration
