RoleForward Deployed Engineer – AI Agents for Healthcare.
The ideal candidate will be a product‑minded, hands‑on builder with deep LLM/agent experience (tool use, function calling, RAG, evals) and strong systems design/MLOps chops. The role requires a dynamic individual who can drive end‑to‑end delivery of agentic workflows and lead a cross‑functional team in sales, operations, marketing, recruiting, and product management. Responsibilities focus on technical strategy, architecture, and execution of our agent platform.
Responsibilities- Help lead the development of AI Agents, utilizing existing and new services.
- Iteratively improve on our suite of products using data analysis, A/B testing, and a range of techniques to improve user experience.
- Translate complex AI challenges into actionable engineering strategies, ensuring correct choice of models, rigorous evals, efficient implementation, and continued maintenance.
- Drive innovation by exploring new AI opportunities and creating 0→1 solutions that push the limits of creative AI applications.
- Contribute to the long‑term vision of AI at 3Y, shaping the roadmap and scaling AI capabilities across the company.
- 5+ years of software development, including 2+ years of experience in AI development (ideally 1+ year focused on generative AI products).
- Experience in Python and Type Script.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable systems across multiple business lines.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in our San Francisco or New York office with a fully in‑person team.
The estimated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000. Total compensation may also include stock options. The final package will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
