Driver / Operator of Company Vehicles
Driver/operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to Fed Ex features of service and provides related customer service functions. Drives vehicles not regulated by section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Work ScheduleTuesday to Saturday 07:30 to 13:00.
Minimum EducationHigh School Diploma / GED.
Minimum ExperienceNone.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communication skills. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.

Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Neat appearance required for customer contact. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.
Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 21 years of age, consistently lift 50 lbs., High School / GED Diploma, Valid Driver’s License for the past two years, and must successfully complete a federal drug screen and background check.
PayStarting Pay: $21.05 per hour.
Additional DetailsPart Time AM Courier / Tues-Sat 07:30 AM – 01:00 PM.
