Residential CDL Driver - Waste & Recycling Routes

I. Job Summary

Drivers operate heavy‑duty trucks with front, side, or rear‑end load lift attachments depending on the line of business and type of truck. They transport material to disposal, transfer, or recycle facilities when trucks reach legal load capacity. Commercial Drivers provide pick‑up of containers filled with waste or recyclable material, often requiring maneuvering of wheeled containers to a pick‑up stage area, navigating high‑traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots.

Residential Drivers collect household waste or recyclable material, navigating similar environments. Roll‑off Drivers prepare, load, and transport large mobile open‑top and compactor containers from customer locations, often operating in tight overhead and industrial environments.
