Overview
Position: Project Manager
Shift/
Hours:
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $70k+ DOE
Location: Santa Fe, TX
Experience: 5+ years experience
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate and lead internal project meetings.
- Track and complete open items based on project needs.
- Manage open order backlog, coordinate with customers, sales, engineering, procurement, production, and shipping to drive orders to completion.
- Coordinate and lead daily backlog meetings with production.
- Update lead times and project status daily.
- Expedite manufacturing.
- Communicate with Customers, project teams, and provide updates as needed.
- Respond to customer requests for information to include order status and documentation.
- ERP Experience (Global Shop Solutions Preferred)
- Quick Base
- Excel, Computer skills
- PMP Certification and/or 5+ years’ experience in project management within a manufacturing environment in the Oil & Gas industry
