We are hiring an experienced Account Executive - Acute Care Staffing for a confidential, rapidly growing healthcare staffing organization ranked among the top staffing firms in the United States. This role focuses on new business development within hospital and ambulatory care environments, delivering full-service staffing and workforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care staffing sales, proven success in driving new client acquisition, and the ability to build strategic relationships across healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive weekly outbound sales activity and achieve defined performance targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for hospitals and acute care facilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution and activation
- Present staffing solutions including Nursing, Allied, Locums, Revenue Cycle, MSP, and technology services
- Build relationships with hospital leadership including CFOs, HR, Directors, and Procurement
- Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain and grow client relationships post-contract execution
- Track and manage pipeline activity through CRM and reporting tools
- Minimum 3+ years of professional sales experience
- Acute care staffing sales experience required
- Healthcare staffing industry experience required
- Strong hunter mentality with proven new business development success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- U.S. Citizenship required
