Job Description
At Bank of America, the role focuses on providing a positive client experience that leads to improved client satisfaction. This position is responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently in a challenging environment while promoting solutions and services that meet client needs. While not a sales position, you will ensure clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate to execute the Life Priorities Strategy and educate clients on self‑service transactions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Drive the client experience.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Educate clients on conducting simple transactions through self‑service technologies.
- Ensure clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate for Life Priorities Strategy execution.
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
- Active listening, adaptability, attention to detail, collaboration, customer and client focus, client experience branding, client solutions advisory, conflict management, referral identification, relationship building, account management, business acumen, business development, critical thinking, emotional intelligence.
- Spanish language skills preferred.
1st shift (United States of America) – 20 hours per week.
Pay & BenefitsHourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $25.83, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits eligible; includes industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, resources, and support to employees.
