Chase - - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options including mobile app and online banking;
Build client relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices such as cash vaults or ATMs in accordance with bank procedures
