Coast Hills Federal Credit Union in Santa Maria, CA seeks an EVP/CFO to lead the finance function, drive asset/liability management, and partner with the President/CEO on long-term strategy. This exempt, full-time senior management role oversees forecasting, accounting, budgeting, audits, and regulatory reporting to sustain strong financial health.
You will chair ALCO and Investment Committee, develop annual financial plans, monitor risk, and report to the Board.
