Job Description:
Physical Therapy Assistant position supporting home-based care with a focus on physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises under the direction of physical therapists.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
Document patient progress and respond to changes in treatment as needed.
Requirements:
BLS Certification
Experience with Oasis (government mandated form required)
One year experience in PT/OT/Sp; home setting experience is preferred
