American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week home health assignment in Santa Maria, CA.

Job Details

• Home health care setting, post-acute care,

• 8-hour day shifts,

• Cerner EMR used in this position,

Job Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN state or compact (NLC) license required; pending licenses will not be accepted (license required if applicable),

• Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required,

• Current BLS certification required; pending certifications will not be accepted,

• Valid driver's license required for consideration,

• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire,

Additional Information

• Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any Common Spirit or affiliated facility, including CHI and Dignity Health, within the past year are not eligible; candidates employed PRN through outside firms will be considered,
