Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week home health assignment in Santa Maria, CA, requiring active licensure and BLS certification.

Job Details

• Home health care setting with a post-acute patient population,

• 8-hour day shifts,

• Cerner EMR used in this position,

Job Requirements

• Active state or compact (NLC) LPN/LVN license required - pending licenses not accepted; license required if applicable,

• Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required,

• Current BLS certification required - pending certifications not accepted,

• Home health experience required,

• Copy of driver's license required for consideration,

• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire,

Additional Information

• Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any Common Spirit, CHI, or Dignity-affiliated facility within the past year are not eligible; candidates employed PRN through outside firms will be considered,

• 12-hour orientation included with this assignment,
