- Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
- Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a current California License.
- 1+ years of RN experience.
- Basic Life Support – CPR (BLS) within 30 days.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 30 days.
- Additional certifications required based on department requirements.
- Must be able to complete the entire program with a perfect attendance record.
- Must be able to work 3 days per week after completing the first 12 weeks of residency.
- Must be able to work or train on either night or day shifts, including holidays.
- Must agree to the terms and conditions of the program.
