We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. You take pride in creating personalized care and treatment plans for patients. We are looking forward to finding someone who communicates effectively. This is a temporary position from mid‑June for about 6 months. Someone who is driven to succeed and demonstrates an ability to care for patients with empathy and humility.

• You will be asked to assess, plan, implement, and monitor patient care from a primary care perspective.
• Prescribe medications and evaluate patients for resolution of condition(s).
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes.
• Discuss observations and recommendations with supervising physician.

• Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in California.
• Previous experience is appreciated however willing and able to work with new grads.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.
