Warehouse Point Of Sale Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support POS inventory and organization within our warehouse as well as partnering with our sales team for point-of-sale material installations in the field
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, Weekends off
• Shift: 6:00am start time

• Oversee the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of Point of Sale (POS) materials, ensuring accuracy and supporting the Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams as needed
• Coordinate placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs and enclose "packing slip" alerting them to impending delivery
• Receive and process manual invoices and follow up with vendors on discrepancies and outstanding invoices
• Monitor on‑hand inventory levels and ensure minimum levels of generic POS are maintained while producing a weekly inventory report
• Maintain POS workstation
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience
