Sales Manager

Cal Portland is seeking a Sales Manager to lead regional growth in our cement, concrete, and asphalt business serving mining, quarrying, and oil & gas-related markets. In this role, you will manage and develop a high-performing sales team, build strong customer relationships, and execute strategies that support sustainable, profitable growth. You will analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with operations and logistics to ensure reliable product delivery.

• Lead and develop a sales team focused on cement, concrete, asphalt, and related construction materials

• Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitors to identify new business opportunities

• Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and performance metrics for leadership
• Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
