Sign Production Installation Technician EntryLevel

Full-Time | Onsite | Santa Maria, CA

Join Signs of Success and help bring brands to life. We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on team member to support sign production and installation. This is an entry‑level role with real opportunity to grow into advanced fabrication and install work over time.

• Assist in the production and fabrication of interior and exterior signage
• Prepare materials, apply vinyl, and help wrap vehicles
• Support onsite installations at customer locations
• Operate basic shop tools and equipment safely
• Measure materials accurately and follow production layouts
• Load, unload, and move materials and finished signs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to assist with heavier materials using team lifts or equipment
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and lifts
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
• Commitment to safe work practices at all times

• Like working with your hands and building tangible results
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Know how to read a tape measure accurately
• Take pride in clean, precise work
• Show up on time and take responsibility for your tasks
• Want to learn a skilled trade with long‑term growth potential
• No sign experience is required - we will train the right person.

• Experience in construction, automotive, graphics, or trades
• Experience using hand tools or power tools
• Forklift or lift certification

This role is designed to develop into a skilled Sign Fabricator or Installer. Over time, you’ll:

• Learn advanced fabrication techniques
• Take the lead on vehicle wraps and installs
• Operate lifts and specialized equipment independently
• Manage small install crews or production projects
