The Mitigation Technician at Kustom is responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergency service jobs to perform advanced water and fire mitigation, and remediation of mold, water, or fire-damaged areas. This role includes preparing work areas, operating equipment, and maintaining documentation and vehicle readiness.
Responsibilities cover on-site mitigation, setup and cleanup, safety, and customer communication, with on-call duties for after-hours service.
