Install new HVAC units and associated piping;
Perform start up, testing and commissioning on RTU’s, Air Handlers, VAV’s, Fan Coil units, swamp coolers and other Commercial HVAC Equipment;
Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts;
Test lines, components, and connections for leaks, brazing and soldering parts as necessary to repair defective joints;
Investigate and repair HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and safety compliance
