Duties:
- Document journal entries
- Organize wire/ACH transfers
- Manage deposits and their recording
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
- Handle entire Accounts Payable process
- Issue 1099 forms
- Compute monthly management fees
- Evaluate CAM reconciliations
- Perform analysis of variances
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience in real estate preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
- Familiarity with MRI/Yardi software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, adept time management, flexibility, and reliability
