Staff Accountant

We are seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant with strong full-cycle Accounts Payable experience to support the day-to-day AP operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices, including accurate three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies, pricing variances, and payment issues.
• Research and resolve vendor and internal accounting inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, wire transfers, and foreign payments.
• Process employee expense reimbursements and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end closing activities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable or Staff Accountant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or inventory-driven environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, payment methods, and vendor management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
