Licensing Coordinator located in Santa Monica, CA 90404 (Hybrid).

  Monday - Friday, 40hrs./week (Hybrid)
• Maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing including updating the tracking system of terms and releases dates.
• Assist in finding and downloading royalty statements from third-party labels as related to our licenses.
• Reconcile the deal tracking record to identify outstanding payments.
• Interface and communicate both internally and externally to collect unpaid monies.
• Maintain and organize files including all relevant correspondence.
• Maintain relevant files in the computer-based licensing system.
• Must be able to work under time constraints.
• Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to assess and analyze opportunities and issues.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Interest in process improvement and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications:

• 1+ Years of Experience in Administrative, Operations, Finance, or Accounting support role.
• Experience with in the Music/Entertainment industry, highly preferred.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Contract to Start, conversion/extension on performance.
