Coordinator, Global Marketing Strategy

Entertainment studio is seeking a contract Executive Assistant to support their Global Marketing Strategy department.

• Manage Strategy team calendars and coordinate internal, cross-functional, and external meetings
• Track timelines and deadlines; flag conflicts or risks
• Prepare materials and documentation for meetings
• Maintain Strategy workflows, trackers, templates, and organization systems
• Support cross-functional rollout documents (e.g., launch plans, announcements, content days)
• Collect and track deliverables; follow up with teams to confirm timelines
• Assist with decks and presentation materials, coordinating updates with in-house designers
• Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute recaps with action items
• Track next steps and provide reminders to ensure follow-through

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1+ years of entertainment assistant experience required
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable
