Demand.io is a profitable, founder-led consumer AI commerce player driving $1B+ in annual GMV. We are the team behind Simply Codes (the #1 AI-powered savings tool) and Product.ai (emerging Axiomatic Intelligence shopping assistant).

Executive Operations Partner

You will serve as the operational backbone for our executive team and physical headquarters. This is a high-leverage, high-trust position. You will be the person who removes friction from the CEO’s calendar, keeps the office running smoothly, and ensures the team can focus on building product—not managing logistics.

The Context

We are a 25-person team operating out of a Los Angeles headquarters. We are rebranding our physical space to reflect the Product.ai identity and scaling headcount 60%+ in 2026. The operational complexity is increasing. We need someone who owns the “how” and “where” so leadership can focus on the “what” and “why.”

What You Will Build

You will not be sitting at a desk waiting for tasks. You will be the proactive shield that protects the team’s focus.

  • Own the CEO’s Time Architecture
    . Scheduling is not administrative work—it is strategic resource allocation. You will manage the CEO’s calendar, gatekeep meeting requests, and optimize for deep work blocks. You will handle travel logistics with zero friction.
  • Run the Physical Headquarters
    . You are the Space Owner. Vendor management, office supplies, equipment setup, construction coordination (we are mid-rebrand), and ensuring the environment supports high-output work. When the wifi breaks, you fix it. When we need a new monitor, you procure it.
  • Manage System Administration
    . You will be the Keymaster. 1

    Password access provisioning, software licensing, device setup for new hires, and document organization. You ensure every new team member has what they need on Day 1.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Logistics
    . Team events, offsites, and operational projects that span multiple functions. You are the connective tissue that keeps the organism running.

Compensation & Ownership

We operate as a high-performance studio, not a typical corporation. We share the upside directly with the builders.

  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000. Commensurate with experience. We compensate fairly for operational roles and provide clear growth paths.
  • Profit Participation (PIUs):
    You aren’t just an employee; you are a partner. We grant Profits Interest Units (PIUs), giving you true ownership and a share of the company’s operating profit. You earn real cash flow distributions as we grow—not just at a theoretical exit—all within a structure designed for tax efficiency to maximize your take-home wealth.
