Work Schedule9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Thursday-Monday (off Tue & Wed)

- Welcoming residents in the office and ensuring the proper parties are looped into any issues or requests.
- Providing timely and professional responses to office phone calls and emails.
- Setting up vendors, creating purchase orders, processing invoices, researching payment and payment status.
- Managing all vendor communications and ensuring invoices are submitted to the property and processed before the end of the month.
- Reviewing resident accounts and addressing ledger issues as needed.
- Posting charges to resident accounts and processing rent payments.
- Collaborating with maintenance upon residents' move-out, and processing deposit accounting.
- Processing bad debt write-offs and spearheading collection on past residents' accounts.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as required.
- Perform property administrative system setup.
- Provide move in orientation to new residents.
- Track and aid leasing team with application approval.
- Assist with leasing tours and front desk concierge as needed.
- $30.00 - 31.00 / hourly based on experience (eligible for overtime)
- Annual bonus based on performance
- 1 to 3 years of prior experience in an administrative role, with experience in property management being a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.
