Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and project management
- An understanding of sampling initiatives and collegiate program operations and strategy
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and mobilize teams around a shared goal
- Excellent verbal, written, and online communication skills, including presentation delivery, news and feature writing, and design
- A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a broad, strategic perspective
- Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an asset
- Able to live and embody the Red Bull brand
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage
- Travel 20-30%
