The National On-Premise Distribution Manager’s primary responsibilities include developing and implementing a national distribution strategy, overseeing the creation and execution of effective sales tools, and designing training and onboarding programs and resources for internal teams and distributor partner field teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a national distribution strategy.
- Oversee the creation and execution of effective sales tools.
- Design training and onboarding programs and resources for internal teams and distributor partner field teams.
- Minimum of five years’ experience working within or managing a DSD network.
- Knowledge of the OnP landscape, including local and national accounts.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects or programs.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent, manager, and coach.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and training abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and technical capabilities, and to work with all resource groups (business users and IT) to communicate needs and concerns.
- Very strong skills in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills an advantage.
- Travel: 20-30%

CompensationBase salary range: $115,000 – $172,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on experience. Salary range is subject to change.
