National Distribution Manager

The National On-Premise Distribution Manager’s primary responsibilities include developing and implementing a national distribution strategy, overseeing the creation and execution of effective sales tools, and designing training and onboarding programs and resources for internal teams and distributor partner field teams.

• Develop and implement a national distribution strategy.
• Oversee the creation and execution of effective sales tools.
• Design training and onboarding programs and resources for internal teams and distributor partner field teams.

• Minimum of five years’ experience working within or managing a DSD network.
• Knowledge of the OnP landscape, including local and national accounts.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects or programs.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent, manager, and coach.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and training abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and technical capabilities, and to work with all resource groups (business users and IT) to communicate needs and concerns.
• Very strong skills in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills an advantage.

Base salary range: $115,000 – $172,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on experience. Salary range is subject to change.
