Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
DATA PROCESS & GOVERNANCE GRADUATE
The Data Process & Governance team helps translate data into new and improved business models by ensuring the stable operation of core business processes. As the Data Process & Governance Graduate, you will help design and improve operational processes while building reports and dashboards that support key business decision‑making. In this role, you will learn how to build system checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and how to use that data to automate processes and improve efficiency across the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Process Monitoring & Improvement: Learn how key operational processes work within a direct‑to‑consumer business model. Assist in gathering new project requirements and helping build practical solutions using our suite of tools to ensure data integrity, accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Identify potential process issues or risks and support the team in recommending improvements to ensure seamless order and delivery execution. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help resolve process issues through automation initiatives.
- Data Validation: Learn how data flows between operational systems such as order management and inventory platforms. Perform routine checks for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and document recurring issues to support process enhancements. Develop your skills in data analysis, data modeling, and technical system while learning the direct‑to‑consumer business model.
- Reporting & Data Visualization: Support the development and maintenance of reports that track key operational performance metrics. Assist with creating dashboards that help teams and leaders understand how processes are performing. Utilize data and reporting to support day‑to‑day and longer‑term business decisions. Produce regular ad‑hoc reports to answer specific business questions.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)
- Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
- Proven excellence in academic pursuits
- History of pursuing personal passions, extra‑curricular achievements
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of data management and system integration is a plus
- Knowledge of reporting platforms such as Snowflake and experience with SQL or Python is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and international counterparts
- Travel 0–10%

Salary: $85,000 per year. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, 401k match, family leave, PTO & paid holiday schedule, pet, legal, and life insurance, tuition reimbursement.
