On Golden Pond, Inc. is hiring Construction Helpers / Laborers to join our Field Operations team on high‑end pond, fountain, and water feature projects across Los Angeles. • Assist skilled tradespeople with installation, cement work, plumbing, and waterproofing tasks
• Mix and prepare materials such as cement, sand, and mortar
• Clean, prep, and organize job sites
• Move and handle materials, tools, and equipment safely
• Support surface prep and waterproofing setup
• Follow instructions from team leads and adhere to all safety protocols
• Contribute to a professional, efficient, and respectful work environment

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, landscaping, or manual labor preferred
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent work habits
  • Must consistently show up to work on time
• Physically fit and able to lift/move materials and work outdoors in various conditions
• Willingness to learn and follow direction from skilled team members
• Positive, respectful attitude and team‑oriented mindset

• Prior experience on commercial or construction job sites
• Interest in developing into a skilled trade or lead position over time
