Senior Project Manager High-Rise Fire Protection

We are looking for you as a (Senior) Project Manager High-Rise Fire Protection (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the locations Munich or Nuremberg.

• Overall responsibility for planning, management, and implementation of complex high-rise construction projects
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, especially with high priority in the area of fire protection
• Budget-, time-, and quality-appropriate realization taking into account technical, organizational, and contractual frameworks
• Active risk and opportunity management including development of suitable countermeasures and ensuring necessary approvals, decisions, and acceptances
• Monitoring and enforcement of contractual obligations as well as quality and change management
• Organization and management of project communication with the involvement of all project stakeholders

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in managing complex high-rise construction projects
• Sound knowledge in project management as well as in construction, contract, and procurement law
• Experience in dealing with public clients is desirable
• Strong communication and assertiveness
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
