Westside Build is a Santa Monica–based home builder that specializes in helping homeowners rebuild high-quality, resilient homes after disasters such as fires, guiding clients from initial concept through to move-in. The Director of Construction is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining Westside Build's quality control systems across all active projects. This role ensures every home meets our architectural intent, performance standards, and client expectations — from foundation through final walk. You will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, trade partners, and the Design team to drive first-pass inspections, reduce rework, and uphold best-in-class craftsmanship.
