Content Creation Lead
to help shape the next chapter of our brand and social strategy. This role sits on the Marketing team and reports to the Head of Growth, with close partnership across Product, Sales, and Creator Operations.
We’re hiring a
Content Creation Lead to own and elevate our storytelling across social platforms. This person will be responsible for creating high‑quality, series‑based content from idea through publication—combining strong creative instincts with hands‑on production and editing skills.
This is a builder role for someone who wants to shape the voice, look, and narrative of a fast‑growing brand.
What You’ll DoConcept and pitch original, recurring content series rooted in storytelling and audience insight
Write briefs, outlines, and episode structures for each series
Film, produce, and edit short‑form and long‑form content end‑to‑end
Publish and optimize content across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In and X, including captions, hooks, thumbnails, and timing
Analyze performance and iterate quickly based on engagement and retention data
Collaborate with students, founders, guests, and community members to capture authentic stories
Maintain a consistent visual style, tone, and narrative voice for the brand
2–5 years creating high‑quality social or digital media content (brand, media company, or independent creator)
Strong storyteller with a clear point of view on what resonates with Gen Z and early‑career audiences
Proven ability to own the full content lifecycle from idea to finished post
Skilled in filming, lighting, audio, and editing for vertical and horizontal formats
Proficient with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Cap Cut, or similar
Deep familiarity with Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In and X content trends and best practices
Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable moving fast in a startup environment
Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
