Position OverviewHYBE America is looking for a Digital Content Creator who thrives at the intersection of music, fandom, and internet culture. As part of our Digital Marketing team, you will shape the visual identity and digital narrative that connects our artists to a global audience.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles. This role requires a high degree of mobility, including significant domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the directing, shooting, and editing of high-quality short-form content (Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts) and promotional assets.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure every asset is synchronized with the overall campaign roadmap.
- Actively participate in brainstorms and campaign planning to align creative output with broader marketing goals and optimize delivery timing for maximum virality.
- Constantly monitor social platforms to identify emerging trends, sounds, and memes, translating them into actionable, compelling content for our artist.
- Ideate, write, and pitch creative treatments for requested briefs, artist personality pieces, and original content series.
- Work closely with artists to ensure all content stays true to brand identity while pushing creative boundaries.
- Strategically maximize content output by repurposing limited footage and assets into multiple high-impact pieces.
- Produce thoughtful, polished content for artists and brands under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Execute on-site production for live events, rehearsals, and studio sessions, which will require domestic and international travel.
- Systematically organize and log raw footage and final masters into the asset management system to ensure a seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- 2~5 years of professional content creation experience within the entertainment industry, a creative agency, or as a high-growth independent creator.
- Proven track record in end-to-end production, including directing, videography, and high-fidelity editing.
- Hands‑on experience managing field shoots and on‑set production in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments (e.g., live events, music videos, or rehearsals).
- A deep, understanding of the functionality and algorithms of Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube.
- Expertise in creating and adapting content across various digital mediums, ensuring each piece is optimized for its specific platform.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate cross‑departmental approval processes and present ideas to stakeholders.
- A proactive self‑starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to find creative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to capture an artist’s unique voice and tone for social captions and scripts.

- A genuine passion for the music industry, fandom culture, K‑pop or J‑pop culture
- Proficiency in other Languages (e.g., Korean, Japanese, etc.)
- Proficiency in creating static social assets (e.g., graphics, thumbnails, templates)
- Proficiency in motion graphics and advanced video editing (e.g., light animation, text treatments, polished performance cutdowns)

Please include examples that demonstrate both platform‑native content (Tik Tok/Reels/Shorts) and elevated brand visuals (graphics, social posts, thumbnails, etc.). Portfolios should demonstrate creative quality, technical proficiency, and end‑to‑end project execution.
In addition, Digital Content Creator candidates who advance to the final round will be asked to complete a brief creative assignment to assess storytelling instincts, editing style, and brand interpretation.
