Pay

Pay: $20 - $44 per hour
Hourly + commission bonuses

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly and provide them with a positive first impression of our Med Spa.
  • Manage client appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, using our appointment management software.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, products, and promotions to clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collect and process client payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in managing client intake forms and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Collaborate with the Med Spa team to coordinate client flow and optimize efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, complaints, or requests with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
  • Sell packages and treatments to clients, explaining the benefits and recommending appropriate options based on their needs and goals.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with appointment management software.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the values and atmosphere of our Med Spa.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and wellness services is a plus, but not required
