After Sales Coordinator
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and improving operational efficiency? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? We are seeking an After Sales Coordinator to provide exceptional support to distributor partners, internal business units, third-party logistics providers, and global supply chain teams.
This role is responsible for coordinating inquiries, managing service tickets, supporting customer concerns, overseeing spare parts inventory control, and contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities Customer Support- Resolve distributor inquiries related to equipment repairs, disposals, branding projects, products, claims, and general customer concerns
- Initiate and manage transportation track‑and‑trace requests as needed
- Investigate and resolve issues through root cause analysis using reports and data to address logistics challenges
- Monitor and provide status updates on service tickets within the ticketing system
- Collaborate with key personnel and service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests
- Build strong working relationships with business units, distributors, logistics partners, service providers, and operations team members to maintain high levels of customer support
- Maintain distributor master data within operational systems
- Ensure all service tickets are accurately entered, updated, and properly documented
- Communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assigned distributors and service providers
- Provide recommendations to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency
- Provide logistics and transfer support as needed
- Assist with annual physical inventory and audit activities
- Maintain documentation related to logistics policies and procedures
- Support additional operational tasks as assigned
- 0‑1+ years of experience in customer service and/or logistics operations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system preferred
- Basic analytical skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in a related field
