Graphic Designer - Santa Monica, CA

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Graphic Designer workfor our leading global e-commerce client. This role is working onsite in Santa Monica. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clean, web-ready designs based on existing style guides and Brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $78 – 86 per hour on W2

Duration: 3 months contract - with possible extensions

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a talented, customer-focused graphic designer to join our web retail design team for a three month contract. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clean, web-ready designs based on existing style guides and Brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, web expertise, intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, and acute attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential.

An online portfolio of work is REQUIRED.

Qualifications:

* 4+ years minimum experience in a web production environment

* BA/BS in Design or equivalent

* Proficient in Illustrator and Dreamweaver/HTML/CSS

* Excellent attention to detail

* Self-motivated and capable of working independently

* Strong knowledge of Flash, Action Script a plus

Responsibilities include:

* Designing strongly branded promotional graphics

* Developing clean and effective graphic templates and style guides

* Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines

Must be authorized to work in the United States
