What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage children and foster a lasting passion for reading
- Evaluating student performance data to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate actionable findings
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms
- Following pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a passion for reading in early learners
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small‑group reading interventions with early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre‑written curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student behaviors within these systems
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship - Able to work on‑site at one of our locations:

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
