- Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, forming instructional groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently without reliance on pre‑written curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and adjusting instruction based on student interactions within these platforms
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
- Available to work on‑site at one of our locations listed above
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on foundational competencies including phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized, motivational sessions that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve instructional methods and identify meaningful insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI‑based literacy tools
- Following pre‑scripted lesson plans or published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
